Cooking Instructions: For food quality, follow these heating instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. In a microwave-safe bowl, add 2 tablespoons water to entire package of spinach. 2. Microwave covered on high for 5-7 minutes, stirring once. Stove Top: 1. Fill a large saucepan with approximately 1/2 inch of water and bring to a boil. 2. Remove vegetables from pouch and place into pan and bring to a second boil. 3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are thoroughly cooked. Do not overcook. Drain and season to taste. Caution: Product will be hot. Perishable. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly.
