What to Get: 1 lb (450 g) chicken, beef, seafood or vegetables; 1 cup (195 g) rice. Suggested Cooking: 1. Heat two teaspoons of oil in a medium saucepan. 2. Add your choice of diced meat, seafood or vegetables and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until seared. 3. Pour simmer sauce in pan, stir contents, cover pan with lid and reduce heat to low. 4. Simmer until meat/seafood is fully cooked. 5. Serve with steamed rice. Refrigerate after opening.
