Cooking Directions: (Each bag makes about 1-1/2 cups.): Stove: 1. Pour about 4 cups of water into medium saucepan and submerge 1 bag of quinoa. Bring water to a boil. Boil uncovered 10 minutes (For fluffier quinoa cook 1-2 minutes more). Use 3 quarts of water for 2-4 bags of quinoa. 2. Remove bag from water with fork and drain. 3. Cut open bag and empty quinoa into serving dish. Fluff with fork and add desired seasonings. Microwave: 1. In a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, submerge 1 bag of quinoa in about 4 cups of water. Microwave on high for 15 minutes (For fluffier quinoa cook 1-2 minutes more). We do not recommend using the microwave to cook multiple bags. Note: Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate. 2. Remove bag from water with fork and drain. 3. Cut open bag and empty quinoa into serving dish. Fluff with fork and add desired seasonings.
