Transfer the food to an oven safe dish. Cover with foil and place on center rack. Cook for 25 minutes; stir and re-cover; cook an additional 18 minutes. Carefully remove the dish and let cool for 2 minutes before enjoying! Ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Careful! Bowl can be hot after cooking! Keep frozen, my friend!
