When baking with VeganEgg, we recommend that you reduce the amount of water used for each VeganEgg in the recipe. There are general baking guidelines. Individual recipes may vary. If recipe uses 1-2 'eggs' use 5 tbsp ice cold water per VeganEgg. If recipe uses 3+ 'eggs' use 1/4 cup ice cold water per VeganEgg. In gluten-free recipes, use 1/4 cup ice cold water for each VeganEgg. VeganEgg may be stored in your fridge or pantry. Use immediately after mixing with water.
