Cook thoroughly. Cook frozen, no thawing necessary. Cooking Directions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Do not refreeze after cooking. Stove Top: Place the desired amount in a preheated pan with two tablespoons of water. Cook 11-12 minutes over a medium/high heat. Stir regularly. Serve hot. Microwave (900 watt): Add 1/2 bag of frozen vegetable into a microwave safe dish. Add two tablespoons of water. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Caution: Product will be hot. Perishable.
