Preparation: 1. In a large pot, bring 4-5 quarts of water to a boil; 2. Add noodles, stir and cook for 3-5 minutes or until noodles are tender; 3. Drain and rinse under cold water before adding to soups or cold noodle dishes. For Stir-Fry: Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Add noodles and let stand covered for 8-10 minutes, or until noodles are softened yet still firm. Drain and immediately stir-fry with desired sauce and vegetables, cooking noodles for an additional minute before serving. Store in a cool, dry place.
