Cooking Instructions: Bake directly from frozen - no need to thaw! Achieve the best results in the oven. Microwave or stovetop are not recommended. 1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Remove frozen fish from wrapper and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. 3. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Complete Your Meal: Complement your dish with a light and crisp cabbage-carrot salad. Add lightly olive oil-dressed broccolini to the same baking sheet. Saute a side of baby bok choy and top with thinly-sliced scallions. Keep frozen.
