Stovetop Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers. Note: the natural color of organic purple carrots may tint the other vegetables. Heat 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Carefully add grain blend.
