Microwave on high 2:00. Carefully remove tray from microwave; peel back film. Stir well; replace film. 3. Microwave on high for additional time according to chart. Caution: Tray and product can be very hot! Oven: 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Remove tray from carton and place on baking sheet. 3. Bake 29 to 34 minutes. Caution: Carefully remove film from tray, escaping steam can be very hot! 1200 microwave wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave); :30 to 1:15 time on high; 1000 microwave wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave); 1:15 to 2:15 time on high; 700 microwave wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave); 2:15 to 2:45 time on high. Do not leave microwave unattended. Cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers. Ready in minutes. Keep frozen.
